What level can I use my mount in Northrend

What level will I be able to use my epic mount in Northrend, I heard someone say level 77. is that true?

You're correct. You will be able to use your existing flying mount by level 77. At least that is the current plan. There will a yet undecided 'attunement' to use it, hopefully it won't be a lame moneysink: Flying Mounts in Northrend
