I believe you are looking for Savory Deviate Delight which is a recipe zone drop in the Barrens. you have to use Deviate Fish which is also only found fishing in the following places in the Barrens:Forgotten Pools, Lushwater Oasis and the Stagnent Oasis. You can also catch them in the Wailing Caverns instance.
