Wait till 40 for engineering?

I just started my first warrior (first melee class for that matter) and was wandering, should I start with mining/skinning for the gold till level 40 or just start off with mining and engineering?

You shouldn't wait to get

You shouldn't wait to get started with Mining or Engineering, both will be a lot easier if you do them in conjunction with your leveling.
