NEED HELPwhen I try to install WoW on (c:\ Drive) using the DVD I purchased from EB games about 3 weeks ago I get the following error at 99%: The file "c:\World of Warcraft.temp" could not be renamed to "E:\World of Warcraft". (ConflictManager::ResolveConflicts/1) This really is annoying, simply because The installer could not rename a file, it aborts everything, Anyway I tried again, without putting an icon to the desktop, Or in the default location (C:/Program Files/World Of Warcraft) With no luck, It's the exact same error each and every time, always at 99%!. anyone who could help my e-mail is. waypotatobake@hotmail.com |

What operating system are you running it on? XP or Vista? This will help alot as Vista has a ton of annoying security features.
try the following in a dos
try the following in a dos window:
subst e: C:\
This should map the drive C: to the letter E: . C: stays there, too. After a reboot the E: is gone - but all changes are still on C:
