I've heard of a way that you can get cloth cheap or farm cloth and then make bandages and then sell those to a vendor but I don't really know the specifics and I can't really tell you much more about it. :) I've seen some people try to sell bandages on the auction house and I don't know if that really works to make gold or if you sort of sell at a loss. I mean maybe you should try to post a few if you are already making a lot to level up or something but it's not really a money making profession.
