I ran kara last night and was lagged off the server, now I can't see the LFG channel. I've tried turning my UI back to default but that didn't fix the problem.

It sounds like you're stuck

It sounds like you're stuck in a raid group. Check out your raid tab and see if there you're in a raid and just don't know it. Even if it says you're not in a group, you could try running this macro to force yourself out of a group:

/script LeaveParty()
