I have seen this and have heard it from many people, I would suggest upgrading your video card and its drivers or possibly add more ram. New RAM and a video card would definitely fix it. one of my Computers has an Nvidia 7600 AGP 512mb, and 2gigs of RAM. Even though the card is somewhat dated, it doesn't lag that bad, and I NEVER get disconnected. while Im out questing or even in instances/raids i can pull off between 50-60FPS (Frames Per second, Higher the FPS the better).
when I'm Org or shatt it rarely drops below 45FPS.Blizzard has a page on their support forums that gives a list of supported cards. refer to that if you plan to upgrade.
