Is it Worth it To Do Fishing?

Is it worth it to do fishing? I've heard a lot of talk about being able to make gold with fishing but I don't know if it's for real or not. I don't want to spend a lot of time fishing and leveling it if it's not going to be worth it..

Yes, it will take a pretty
Yes, it will take a pretty long time to level your fishing but I think it's worth it to have it leveled up. You can make a lot of gold on the Auction House when you sell your fish or you can even take on cooking too and cook a lot of them into foods that people will spend a lot for. Sure fishing might take a while to do but at least you get a fish just about every cast and if you compare that to other farming you might do for gold fishing doesn't really sound all that bad.
