I'm dead, and stuck in a hole. Help!

I died and on the way to find my corpse, i fell into a ditch. I have tried jumping out from every possible angle, but it's not working. I obviously can't log out and log back in to fix it. How do I get out????

You contact the game master and tell them what happened and they will port you to your body

as of the new patch click

as of the new patch click the return to graveyard and take rez sickness
