well the best thing to do is find the spirit healer (the angel person) and talk to them........after that you will be auto rezzed and have rez sickenss which hits all your stats a little i hope that helps

Been there, done that. I don't know if you're still stuck there after all this time, but if you are, here is what to do. If you're in the water, you'll have to swim around to the south side of the island and get out fo the water at the port there. Then, take the portal back up to the top to find your body. If your body is down there and you can't find it, take the portal up anyway and go back to where you resurected at the grave site, and talk to spirit healer. You'll take the hit on armor hits, and sickness, but you'll be able to play and not wander the world as a spirit.
