I cant skin

i cant skin cause it says i need a skinning knife. Which i have. I baught one and it didnt pick regester that i have one so i sold it and baught another. Still nothing. So i distroyed it and got another. nothing. so equiped it. Nothing.
opened a ticket but still no reply. this is stupid!
please help!

reset ur UI. move ur CACHE,

reset ur UI. move ur CACHE, INTERFACE, and WTF Folders to ur desktop and delete them from ur WOW folder under program files
