How do I move a stuck addon icon around my minimap?

I was moving an add-on icon around the minimap when it droped onto the sun icon for the time. Now I can't get it off even though i have un-installed and re-instaled the add on?...Any help?

What addon is it? Some have controls in their options for minimap button position. Try right click dragging it? Knowing which addon it is would benefit getting an accurate answer
