My question is how can you tell when someone's account has been hacked?

My RL friend Brian hasn't been around lately, but I've seen him on in the game.
I took these screen shots of an exchange I had when I tried to send him a tell.

My bro used to use a bot called glider, when it try's to attack it types stuff like that he may have been in combat wen gliding and your tell got in the way somehow, id say its possible he has been hacked to farm if he is a high lvl prolly 60 or above.
