Im a Blood Elf DK who is a enchanter and talor who is unholy specced. What faction should i choose The Aldor or Scyers?

For a comparison.

The one with the most Tailor/Enchanting rewards would be your choise.

However there isn't very much use for any 70 tailoring/enchants anymore orther than Mongoose from Karazahn.

You should concentrate on reaching 80 and get the better recipes there.

I wouldn't spend time doing

I wouldn't spend time doing Aldor or Scryer with the new patch out, most of the recipes and enchants you get from them are going to be out of date. You can use WoWhead.com or visit the specific vendors for each faction to see if any of the recipes interest you.
