Yep. It can be really expensive to level up but you'll automatically be able to disenchant all higher level items and eventually you can make a lot of gold my selling the mats on the Auction House. One thing now however since you can now roll disenchant when an enchanter is in the group it seems a little less useful to use enchanting this way because it's easier for more people to get the supplies.
