can anyone help me, when i log in it goes on choosing a realm not the realm list ineed help (ive played long)

when i log in, after it says success it goes straaight to help choose a realm not realm list
this happened after i download the patch 3.2 august 4 2009

Eh, I've had this happen lots of times. It's because you are trying to login before the realms are ready.
