WoW Enchanting Guide

You will be able to disenchant green or better items to get supplies for enchanting. But the fastest way to level up your enchanting is to buy these components off the Auction House when available, if you don't have gold to do this it is VITAL THAT YOU CHECK OUT THIS GUIDE

Since patch 2.4 was implemented you can now train up to Enchanting at any trainer available. To get your skill past 300 you will need to see the Master Enchanting Trainer that is located in each factions appropriate starting city for the Burning Crusade in Hellfire Peninsula, Honor Hold and Thrallmar.

This guide is the quickest way to get your Enchanting to 375. For the first levels we realize you can skill up from disenchanting items, this guide assumes that you did not gather a supply of lower level green items. Instead of buying the materials for some of the beginning skills you can buy low level green items off the Auction House instead and level up by disenchanting them.

Also, make sure you note the possible limited supply items and begin camping or checking for these items so you aren't slowed down when you get to that point.

Apprentice Enchanting

Once you create your Runed Copper Rod (needed for enchanting) You will then enchanter bracers with Minor Health until you reach skill level 75. The noobs like it when you hand these out for free sometimes.

Journeyman Enchanting

As you progress from 75-150 you will have to make another rod to keep enchanting, this one is calleda Runed Silver Rod. As with all the rods, you need a rod created by a blacksmith so ask in trade for one if you can't find one in the auction house. You will be enchanting bracer's for this section of the guide, with the exception of one shield enchant for 10 levels.

Expert Enchanting

You'll start this section of the guide off with another Rod and then before you're finished you'll make another one!!! Got to love those Rods.

Artisan Enchanting

This section is going to be a little bit different than your used to. You will make Lesser Mana Oil for 20 skill levels and you will also be able to start selling these enchants to twinks to make some extra cash if you need it.

You can find Lesser Mana Oil from the Enchanting Supplies vendor named Kania. She can be found on the 2nd floor of the inn at Cenarion Hold in Silithus. This recipe requires Purple Lotus to make which can be found from an herbalist or the auction house.

Enchant Shield - Greater Stamina can be found in Undercity from Daniel Bartlett if you are Horde and in Darnassus from Mythrin'dir. The recipe has been reported as limited supply from some sources so if it's not there check back later. Also note they might have a 2nd page you have to scroll to where it can be purchased from.

Enchant Cloak - Superior Defense can be found in Moonglade from Lorelae Wintersong, the trade supplies merchant.. It is also reported this may be a limited supply item.

Master Enchanting

To get from 300-375 you will be required to make 2 different rods and some Superior Wizard Oil for 5 skill levels. Some of these enchants sell well and others will be self-only enchants. You'll be spending a lot of money in this step and if you are running low on Gold I highly recommend you check out the guide listed in the intro.

Enchant Gloves - Spell Strike can be found at the Cenarion Expedition Camp in Zangarmarsh from Fedryen Swiftspear and you will need to be Revered with Cenarion Expedition.

Enchant Ring - Healing Power is found in Shattrah City at the Sha'tari Quartermaster from Almaador. You will need to be revered with The Sha'tar.
