Super Mana Potion is not taught at the trainer and you'll have to buy the formula for it. It is found on Daga Ramba (Thunderlord Stronghold, Blades Edge Mountains) and Haalrun and Noraani (Telredor, Zangarmarsh).

315-325: Unstable Mana Potion - 2 Ragveil/1 Felweed/1 Imbued Vial
325-335: Mad Alchemist's Potion - 2 Ragveil/1 Crystal Vial
335-340: Super Healing Potion - 2 Netherbloom/1 Felweed/1 Imbued Vial
340-350: Super Mana Potion - 2 Dreaming Glory/1 Felweed/1 Imbued Vial
350-360: Resurgent Healing Potion - 2 Goldclover/1 Imbued Vial
