Hey, the chat box at the bottom left of my screen isn't showing any chat!
even when i go into a major city nothing comes up on the box. the arrows to scroll up and down are still there but no text comes up.

My addons have worked fine before but after i used the blizzard repair tool they stopped. I have recently got a new computer, and this one is vista. On my old pc (which was XP) i could use the bilzzard repair tool fine and i could get my addons to work afterwards, but on vista the "my computer" menu is more complicated. Can any1 help me?

I am new to world of warcraft (24 rogue) and i have been told that addons would realy help. I downloaded some and then went to the game to turn addons on. When i got there there was no button! I made sure the addons wer in the wow folder, went back, and it still had not sorted out! PLZ HELP ME! (once you have replied /w me -wroguer-).

Hello. When I logon to my wow account, I get the realm list and then join the Realm I play in. The loading screen pops up and it loads to 100% (the blue line fully reaches the end) but then I see nothing else. I'm stuck on the loading screen. People from my guild say that it actually says that I've come online. But on my screen, im just on a stuck loading screen. After about 30 attempts, I finally got in. But got disconnected 5 mins later and the same thing happened again. This has been happening since last night and it is EXTREMELY frustrating. Is there anything I can do?

How do I reenable an addon with command line?

There is this addon that when disabled, the minimap icon dissappears and the addon stays disabled even if the game is reloaded and the addon reloaded from the log in screen. I know there is a command line to reenable it but I don't know what it is. The addon is called Grid. What do I type to reenable it?

After downloading the full version of WoW I noticed my computer has gotten significantly slower. Game play stops and takes awhile to resume.

when I try to install WoW on (c:\ Drive) using the DVD I purchased from EB games about 3 weeks ago I get the following error at 99%:

The file "c:\World of Warcraft.temp" could not be renamed to "E:\World of Warcraft". (ConflictManager::ResolveConflicts/1)

This really is annoying, simply because The installer could not rename a file, it aborts everything, Anyway I tried again, without putting an icon to the desktop, Or in the default location (C:/Program Files/World Of Warcraft) With no luck, It's the exact same error each and every time, always at 99%!.

I know this is probally a stupid question but when i enter a battleground, a battleground mini-map pops up in the middle of my screen and i can't move it, close it, or anything. I have questhelper added on, please someone help me close this map. It is really hard to fight when you have a blind spot in the middle of your screen.

at level 10 as a blood elf warlock i did the quest to get a voidwalker, and then tried to get some soul shards from the monsters. i tried and it kept on saying 'interrupted'. can anyone tell me why this might be happening because it is ruining my world of warcraft experience as i cannot summon a voidwalker without soul shards. thanks. joe
